The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs National Mondiale comes to New York’s Finger Lakes Wine Region for four days of fellowship, fine dining, and the country’s premier sommelier competition. Hosted by the Chaîne National Administrative Office at Del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, NY, May 3–6, 2026.
Jeunes Sommeliers Final Competition
The marquee event of the Mondiale is the Jeunes Sommeliers Final Competition on Tuesday, May 5 at 3:30 PM. Watch high drama unfold as the country’s three best young sommeliers compete in a rapid-fire knowledge exam, blind tasting, and pressure-filled service skills to determine the US champion. Attendees participate in blind tastings alongside the competitors.
Registration
Registration is handled directly by the Chaîne National Administrative Office, not the Buffalo Bailliage. Members can register online by signing into their Chaîne account, or by submitting the PDF registration form by mail.
