Young Chefs

Niagara Falls, Twice on the National Stage

Devin Sierra, a first-year student at SUNY Niagara's Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, won the Chaîne's Northeast Jeune Chef Rôtisseur competition this April, then took second place in the nation at the National Culinary Weekend.

Devin is the second Niagara Falls Culinary Institute student to represent the Northeast at nationals. The first, Jedidiah Gaskin, won the national title in 2024 and cooked for our members at Fairbanks this January.
