Renew your Chaîne des Rôtisseurs membership through the national portal.
How Renewal Works
Membership dues are paid through the national Chaîne portal at chaineus.org, a separate site from chainebuffalo.org. The steps walk you through renewing there.
Renewals completed after September 1, 2026 cover both 2026 and 2027.

Go to the national portal
Visit chaineus.org, the national Chaîne des Rôtisseurs site, separate from this one.
- Then
Sign in or create your account
First time logging in
Click Create Account at the top of chaineus.org. Use the email address you provided to your Bailli when you joined, fill in your contact information, and Save.
Returning user
Click Sign In at the top of chaineus.org. Your username is usually your email address.

Check your membership status
On your account page, you'll see when your membership expired. Click View Membership under "What would you like to do" to begin the renewal.

Renew
Expired in 2025
You can renew your Chaîne membership and, if applicable, your Société Mondiale du Vin membership. If a spouse is attached to your account, you can renew their membership at the same time.
Expired before 2024
You can still renew, but a $150 reinstatement fee applies.
