The Buffalo Bailliage is committed to nurturing emerging culinary talent. Through our scholarship program, we provide financial support to promising students pursuing careers in the culinary arts.
About the Program
Each year, the Buffalo Chaîne awards scholarships to students enrolled in accredited culinary programs in Western New York. Recipients are selected based on their passion for the culinary arts, academic achievement, and commitment to excellence.
Scholarships are funded through our annual fundraising dinners and the generous contributions of our members.
How to Apply
Students currently enrolled in a culinary program at an accredited institution in Western New York are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted annually.
